Resolume ArenaModule Overview
ResolumeBridge polls your Arena instance over its built-in REST API and maps the composition state to Q-SYS controls in real time. Trigger clips, manage layers, adjust opacity and volume, fire columns — all from native Q-SYS controls that integrate seamlessly with your show control workflow. Layer controls include opacity, volume, solo, bypass, clear, and blend mode readback. Clip triggering includes connection state feedback (Empty, Disconnected, Connected, Previewing). Column triggers enable scene-based workflows. Thumbnail URLs are exposed per clip for external display. Composition-level controls cover master fader, speed, and crossfader, plus undo/redo. Logical cues simplify show programming, and preset store/recall lets you snapshot and restore state. The plugin supports up to 4 Arena servers with auto-reconnect watchdog, latency tracking, and error monitoring. Uses Resolume Arena's REST API (port 8080 by default). Requires Arena 7.x or later. Audio volume is normalized from Resolume's native dB scale to a 0–1 knob range. Configurable polling rate (100–5000 ms). No additional software or network configuration needed beyond IP connectivity.
