Forge pulses — random trigger sequencer for Q-SYS.
PulseForge is a random trigger sequencer for Q-SYS. Configure 2 to 32 outputs, set an interval, press Start — and PulseForge fires them one after another, or at random, forever or for a fixed duration. Every output is a momentary pulse pin ready to drive Show Controller cues, GPIO, audio players, lighting scenes, or any other Q-SYS logic. The engine is built around controlled randomness. Random Order sets the probability that the next fire is drawn at random instead of following the sequence — with immediate-repeat protection, so the same output never fires twice in a row. Random Time adds symmetric jitter around the base interval, breaking mechanical regularity. Max Simultaneous lets a single tick fire a burst of several outputs at once. All four knobs are live: changes apply on the very next fire, no restart needed. That makes PulseForge the ideal randomness engine for themed entertainment: scare zones triggering random sound effects, museum ambiences that never loop the same way, retail installations with organic-feeling animations, or endurance testing of downstream systems. Pair it with SoundForge to fire random audio tracks or LightForge to launch DMX scenes — every transport and settings control is exposed as a Q-SYS pin, ShowMind-ready.
